Our Story

In 2010, Mr. Ismael DeLeon and his wife, Dora DeLeon, co-founded Alpha and Omega Cleaning Services, LLC. Mr. DeLeon is driven by his core values of respect, honesty, and integrity, which he uses to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service.

 

As President, Mr. DeLeon maintains direct involvement in the company's day-to-day operations. This hands-on approach allows for swift issue resolution and the prompt implementation of new programs and procedures, avoiding the typical delays associated with larger organizations. To emphasize this commitment to direct oversight, all sales, operations, and quality assurance functions are managed in-house.
